Putting smiles on faces is your strong suit.
You’re an upbeat and positive ray of sunshine that loves ensuring the on-going success of the hospice volunteer program. With a focus on physical and mental well-being, you love encouraging volunteers to dance, sing, play games, and engage with residents! You always greet both the residents, volunteers, and your coworkers with a smile, and you bring an energy to the team that is second to none! Your outgoing spirit, one-of-a-kind personality, and leadership skills make you the perfect fit to join Ohio Living as our next Volunteer Coordinator.
Why Ohio Living is different
What you’ll do
You’ll play a very important role on the hospice team by recruiting and organizing all volunteers to deliver the best care and services to hospice patients and their families. You’ll schedule volunteer visits, provide hospice education to volunteers, and influence creativity and positivity. We will look to you not only supervise all volunteers, but to perform administrative duties, too. Completing reports, mailings, evaluations, and documentation will be a regular part of your day.
