You’re thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to payors and your expertise makes you the perfect fit for the Central Intake Coordinator position at Ohio Living!

This position is onsite in Westerville, Ohio with a potential for a hybrid work schedule once a successful onboarding has been completed.

  • Rewarding work. If you are called to care for others, you’ll find real satisfaction at Ohio Living. This is an environment where you can fully use your skills to bring joy to others, assist and inspire.
  • Just the start. This is often the beginning of a career with us or within healthcare. Our central intake coordinators can move into a variety of different roles within our organization.
  • Attractive pay and benefits. We offer everything you expect, plus shift differentials, a retirement plan, paid time off, education assistance, pay advances up to $500, recognition programs and free meals.
  • Schedules that fit. We’ll work together to find a schedule that meets both of our needs, and we won’t mandate extra hours after your shift.

What you’ll do

We will look to you to verify patient insurance eligibility, verify patent benefits, and confirm if insurance is active in the Ohio Living network. You’ll also answer questions about home health and hospice services for potential patients and professional referral sources and help determine services needed.

What it takes
